Emergency Safety

First and foremost, Rose Brooks Center provides immediate and safe housing to families escaping violent homes. Our emergency shelter offers women an opportunity to rest, repair, and reconnect with themselves and their children in a safe, supportive environment. Every year, more than 800 women and children find safety at Rose Brooks Center. We are here to show them they can, and will, take charge of their lives. They may stay for the night, or for as long as three months. However long they’re here, women will find the support they need to break the chains of domestic violence..

If you or someone you know is in need of emergency safety, please call our 24-hour crisis line (816) 861-6100.
