Bilingual Bridge Coordinator – Hospital-Based 

Rose Brooks Center, a non-profit domestic violence agency seeks a full-time, exempt Bilingual Bridge Coordinator, reporting to the Bridge Program Manager. This position provides crisis and non-crisis advocacy services to victims of domestic violence in a clinic or hospital setting. Key responsibilities include conducting lethality assessment screens, safety planning, preparing Orders of Protection, and providing education on domestic violence and victim rights.

This position will coordinate with hospitals and service areas in creating an environment supportive of reaching victims of domestic violence and provides leadership and guidance in the creation or editing of policies and procedures and providing leadership for task forces. The Bridge Coordinator will develop and maintain the awareness and utilization of the Bridge Program to the service areas, including but not limited to various marketing and training activities, public speaking and delivering presentations, coordinates quality and quantity of services provided both internally and externally. Assists with volunteer services and training.

Bridge Program Manager

Exempt (POSN# 73-001-FT-BM)

Rose Brooks Center, a non-profit domestic violence agency seeks a full-time, exempt Bridge Program Manager, reporting to the Director of Community Programs. This position is responsible for the supervision and leadership of the Bridge staff in the provision of 24-hour advocacy and crisis intervention services at local hospitals and health clinics; additionally, this position provides back-up for provision of advocacy and crisis intervention services in the healthcare setting. In partnership with the Director of Community Programs, this position will ensure advocacy and crisis intervention services are consistent with Rose Brooks Center’s quality standard, principles of trauma informed care, accessibility, equity and inclusion, and targets for outcomes and productivity. Other responsibilities include grant reporting, quality programming and improvements. Contractor-Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) – Part-time

Rose Brooks Center, a non-profit domestic violence agency seeks a part-time contractor in the area of Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI), reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. The PQI Contractor will conduct evaluation and monitoring to ensure program operations are consistent with Rose Brooks Center’s principles of trauma-informed care, accessibility, equity and inclusion; provide guidance and support to agency PQI process, risk prevention and management processes, and the coordination of accreditation activities. Crisis Response Advocate – Hospital-Based

Rose Brooks Center, a non-profit domestic violence agency seeks a full-time, non-exempt Crisis Response Advocate, who will report to the Bridge Program Manager. Food Service Cook (Full-time)

Rose Brooks Center, a non-profit domestic violence agency is currently hiring a Full-time Food Service Cook to prepare, cook, and serve meals and assist with meal planning in a residential setting for approximately 100 persons.  This position will maintain clean and organized kitchen appliances, tools and food storage areas. The Food Service Cook provides excellent customer service when serving and interacting with clients and others and will follow agency and safe serve guidelines set by governing agencies.  This position must have, or be able to acquire a Safe Serve Certification and Manager-level Food Handler’s License within 30-days.  This position reports to the Kitchen Manager. Housing Case Manager

Rose Brooks Center, a nonprofit domestic violence agency, is currently seeking a full-time Housing Case Manager. This position is responsible for providing long-term strengths-based case management and supportive services promoting housing and economic stability for survivors of domestic violence. Strengths-based case management and advocacy services include assistance securing and sustaining permanent housing and mainstream resources, assisting with personal goal planning and safety planning, advocacy with landlords and other community service providers, facilitating educational groups and individual sessions using the Economic Empowerment Program curriculum, and complete documentation and data entry of services and outcomes pertaining to Housing and Economic Advocacy Program services.

The individual in this position will support the mission and values of the agency, providing survivors of domestic violence with services which are survivor centered, accessible, trauma informed, equitable and inclusive. The Housing Case Manager must collaborate well within a multi-disciplinary team and across all programs at Rose Brooks Center, as well as navigate systems in the community.

Housing Navigator (Exempt)

Rose Brooks Center, a non-profit domestic violence agency, seeks a Housing Navigator whose primary role is to provide step by step support to survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking who present to the region’s Coordinated Entry System (CES) for homeless diversion and housing assistance. This position is responsible for conducting outreach to, and coordinated entry assessments with, survivors at Rose Brooks Center, at other victim service agencies, and at other coordinated entry access points. The person in this position will provide assistance through all stages of the housing process (housing search, application, inspection and placement) to survivors referred through or diverted from the coordinated entry system. Other responsibilities include identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with local property managers/owners to help mitigate barriers to housing and expedite housing placement. The Housing Navigator reports to the Director of Housing and Economic Advocacy.

Project SAFE Prevention Specialist

Rose Brooks Center, a non-profit domestic violence agency seeks a full-time, exempt Prevention Specialist, reporting to the Director of Children’s Services. This position will provide violence prevention services to high-risk students in urban core, middle and high schools.

Primary responsibilities include facilitating student groups and providing educational presentations focused on social skills and healthy relationships. Additional responsibilities include coordinating advocacy and referral services for students and parents as well as providing students with information on safety planning.
